I just bought a house and needed carpet desperately. We came into this store and were taken care of quickly and professionally. They let me take a massive sample board home to compare it with paint samples, then we called and scheduled the service. They guys came out to measure, then brought carpet in. Great people, great service, and great price. Never had an issue with us moving around them, didn’t slack off, overall great, quality work. The guys even asked us for our thoughts about certain areas. They also asked where they could keep carpet that they were going to use the next day. Just to make sure it wasn’t in our way. As I said, great work and great business. I will be returning for all my carpet needs.

(If I could leave the stars empty I would). I am very dissatisfied on their end of sale customer service and installation process. Upfront they seemed knowledgeable, friendly and we could understand why they have been around so long. Obviously they have gone down or they are going down. The day of the installation of 2 rooms, 1 man showed up with no help. From moving the furniture, installing the carpet, and placing furniture back. My husband had to help, like he should seriously be paid for some of the install. (WE DID NOT PAY 2K FOR HIM TO DO THE WORK WITH THE COMPANY!) When my husband called he was told someone would come when the worker needed help (What kind of business is that?). Upon 4 or so o'clock when the worker called NO ONE WAS AT THE STORE! SO NO ONE CAME TO HELP. So again

Very happy with our entire experience at Humongous Bills! Sam was very knowledgeable about the products and what would be best for our home and situation. No upselling and no nonsense. Actually sold us on a less expensive option. And now that it’s in we see exactly why he recommended it. Our installer Mack was excellent. We will definitely be calling him for future work. 31 years of experience and knew it all down to the smallest detail. The work was all done correctly and with care. Expertise and experience. This is why you shop local instead of at the big box stores. Very highly recommended for all your flooring needs!

We just had vinyl flooring placed in our kitchen. I couldn't be more pleased. Sam in the office was very helpful. Mack installed it and did a great job. I would recommend Humongous Bills to anyone in need of flooring. Reasonably priced, Quality work and products. Just a great bunch of people to work with.
