Great people here. We enjoyed coming to this store because of their excellent products and awesome service. We started our family owned business with Ben Moore products. And still use them till this day. Ask for Terry, great guy!

I needed paint to paint over a repair in my dining room. They keep notebooks with paint color sample and formula for you to go back and request that paint again. They give you very individualized help so at certain times of the day they might be helping a customer problem solve for paint, wallpaper or flooring, which would cause a wait.

Poor customer service. I literally just was in store for over 25mins. Of those 25mins I even sat at the counter for 10-15mins. Not once was I addressed or even acknowledged. Upon leaving no one even thought to stop me or ask had I been helped. I'm a small business owner and even had on my business polo shirt with the name visible and they were quicker to address regular customers that I'm pretty sure weren't gonna spend half the money I would have spent on a commercial project that I'm doing. I guess I wasn't the right color today 😕

Wonderful, professional and kind staff. There are a lot of great Benjamin Moore options here as well in comparison to other stores. We will return to this store in the future for more paint selections.

Bought one gallon and one quart of paint on Saturday. Cost $93.00. I guess I should have asked the cost before he mixed it and then rang me up. I asked him if the primer was in the paint he said that no it says it on the label but it’s a lie! So it’s ok to have false advertising. Used the paint today it had color all over the rim on the inside that wasn’t mixed! If you’re going to charge outrageous price at least act like you deserve it. Honestly after using this overpriced paint it’s absolutely no different then Lowe’s or Home Depot paint. Still had to apply 2 coats. Do not us them for paint.
