Receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me twice, I don't get why people can't be nice if you're job is literally to answer phone calls and talk with people.

I would rate this place a 0 if possible. I will be as transparent as I can be. I went in and the owner was nice and courteous. He gave us a quote. Everything was great. The worst part came after. I called and his secretary whose name I do not know, is extremely rude. I would tell her something and she would flat out make me feel like I was dumb. I left a message for the owner with her and when I called the next day she had no idea what I was talking about. I eventually got a hold of the owner because I needed a freight quote for our tables and chairs and I had already left a message 24 hours before hand. When I called he said “I’ll get the quote and call you back” meaning his secretary never gave him the message. I called back and he was angry and said “what do you want me to do?!” I was s

I went there asking for sheet pans and the gentleman showed me exactly where they were. I also needed other supplies and he guided me to the right place. I was treated with respect and felt like he wanted and appreciated my business, I will be. Happy to use their service again, Thank you for your hospitality and genuine concern.

We have done business with Jimmy Reed for over 3 decades. He is a man of his word and works hard to make sure you are serviced after the sale. I recommend him highly, especially when it comes to anything to do with refrigeration on a large scale!
