This is going to be a different kind of review. I made contact through a social media post. I received a call very shortly after. It was a very easy process to set up service and they were able to come out the next day. Communication was excellent with appointment verification and estimated time of arrival. When Austin called me and told me that the AC vents were clean and didn’t need service I was shocked. I wasn’t even on location. He could have basically done nothing and sent me a bill and I would have have known and paid. Honesty in business is becoming more rare. I appreciate it and based on my experience, I would call them first for any future work needed and would recommend them to anyone

Our technician was Cory. He examined our ducts on both A/C units and found them to be very clean showed us pictures as well. Very honest! He cleaned our dryer vent and did a deodorizing he was thorough he cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job! I highly recommend Hurricane Air for all your duct cleaning and needs done

Austin took the time to show us and explain everything that he found. Both him and Carmelo were very polite, attentive and professional. We are glad we had them taking care of our A/C needs, we will be trusting them with the system preventive maintenance from here on.

I just moved here from out of state and noticed that my air ducts seemed old/gross so I found Hurricane on Thumbtack and setup their vent cleaning. Cory came out and to both of our surprise, the vents were clean (and recently replaced). He was very honest and transparent about this. During his thorough inspection, he found that the air handler and fan were caked with mold. During my pre purchase inspection, a *different company* assured me the system checked out. Clearly they cut corners, UNLIKE Cory. Cory removed the mold from all surfaces, disassembled and scrubbed the blower and reassembled it with professionalism and high attention to detail.
