At first, we were pleased with Jonas' offer to do a "sample wall" to show what his work could do. The sample looked great. Unfortunately, once he "got the job" it was downhill from there. 1. He did not clean the landing area of our units claiming it was "special material" that they couldn't clean. This is after we explicitly asked about the landings when were discussing his proposal. He promised us "everything" would be cleaned, but sadly this was a false promise. 2. He didn't provide us a work schedule to help owners prepare their units accordingly. He just gave general days and times, and of the 4 days he said he would be there, he and his crew worked for only 2.5 days. 3. The work was sloppy. We hired Hurricane Powerwash to clean our home of exterior dirt, mildew and mold that was starting to set up in our eves from the sea mist and humidity. Joey Kirby, owner, made a personal contact to review his professional opinion as to the most efficient method and products that would successfully provide our desired outcome. Attention was given to specific areas most impacted and to our driveways, side walks , lanais and fencing. Nolan was our assigned worker and work he did!
