Excellent work and excellent employees and very knowledgeable employees .there price was right on the money compared to other companies in the industry . staff was very well at explaining the process of the would definitely be calling again for further well service in future I called for an estimate arrived same day within hours and was on the job the following day to get the job done. Veteran approved

I called these guys out because my pump kept tripping the circuit breaker. They told me I need it to flush my well out.Which would be a twenty four hour process and they're gonna charge upwards $400. That was not the problem. Outrider Pump came to my house, diagnose and fixed the problem within 30 minutes and charged a fraction of the cost Husky was going to charge.

Beware using this company.. Contact the state engineers office for all the complaints. The son was on drugs and when that was reported to the owner nothing was done. There is so much same in the well it has to be redone. They have the same issues with multiple people. They claim I owe them money, but they have been paid in full for any contract I have with them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We had Husky drill a well for us for over $14,000. They failed to drill the well in a location that would align with the setback requirements of the Environmental Department for septic tanks. We were able to work around the issue by moving the leach field to fall with the setback requirements at a cost of $1200. Thankfully, it did not require a new well to be drilled. When we approached Husky about refunding the cost, we were met with a letter where we were called "greedy"! All we want is to be made full in the extra cost incurred due to their mistake. They are the licensed professional and should always be taking into account the requirements for drilling wells when septics are present.

Not a good experience overall. The good part was that they were pretty prompt and on time. They were okay with communication. However, they were unprofessional. The owner was rude to me when he was out here, particularly when I had questions. They drilled our well but have never confirmed at what level they hit water or verified how deep it is other than that it was over 350ft deep. I have asked twice for this info, but they have not provided it. Also, Outrider Pump and Service put our pump in but said Husky lied to us as about how deep it was, that it was less than 300ft deep even though they charged us for more. Once I have more time, I plan on hiring a third party to verify and may require Husky to reimburse us any extra footage they charged us for.
