I really did not want to leave a review but there was no way to leave a form submission not tied to an apt and at this point I booked with another company. I just wanted to pass along why. I called for emergency service for my rental property in Villas NJ. The CSR taking my call must have been distracted. She got my information incorrect when she was collecting the necessary details upfront, it happens, but then she told me you don’t service my area, (you do… ) I pointed that out to her and she then put my on hold with dispatch because she had her “aha moment”, she came back to the line to offer me an appointment but when she confirmed my address also had that incorrect, not sure what she had going on today but I declined one of the “8 spots” she said she was going to offer me after initia
