These guys are a step above the best!!! Edmer and Jeison treated me and my home with absolute respect and cleaned up after themselves. The install was flawless and looks amazing. They spent time with me to explain how to maintain my new ac unit and how to troubleshoot the basics in case I have any issues. I will always call them if I ever have any issues!!

I needed a new remote temperature indication for my unit, due to the current thermostat location. Efrain came out and looked the area over, ordered new remote thermostat and installed it. I works great. used over the last 4 days with the very cold temps and it controlled perfectly. Efrain does excellent work and is highly recommended.

They replaced my AC unit last month. About 3 1/2 weeks afterward, there was a leak from the unit in the attic. When the same guys who installed it came out, they didn’t admit any wrongdoing and blamed it on west Texas rust. Funny how I didn’t have the problem for 8 years until they replaced the unit. Said they would send out a drywall guy. In the meantime, a whole section of Sheetrock collapsed. Left message on a Saturday night. I finally had to call them Monday mid-morning. Spoke to manager. Again, no apology or admission by them. Just that the drywall guy would come out. Drywall guy came out, only wanted to replace the missing drywall section. I pointed out water damage to adjoining areas. Long story short, he didn’t have the correct texture and would be back. Haven’t heard from them s

Kevin was our tech and he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He explained in layman’s terms exactly what was wrong with our heating unit and the pricing was clear at every step. HVAV Experts did an excellent job! I am more than pleased!! *************** Update: After receiving the parts, Kevin just completed the job we discussed last week. As I stated before, he did an excellent job, he was quick, efficient, and once again explained everything to us so we knew exactly what was done, and more importantly, why it was done. I want to thank Kevin & HVAC Experts for their hard work.

They were extremely helpful when trying to work with my home warranty. The warranty company continued to deny the claim but HVAC reps kept me informed and checked on me often. Excellent customer service.
