I had a Trane furnace and A/C unit installed as part of my new home build in Fall 2013. Control Group is my builders HVAC installer. My request of them was to provide me with a Quiet A/C unit due to it being located on my patio. Through my builder, they gave me a quote without a model # or any further information. Due to the advice of the salesman (Ray), that his recommended model would be perfect for me, I agreed to have them install the HVAC system. No options of various models and features were ever presented. After installation, I complained about the noise of the A/C unit (come to find out it is rated at 78 dB and was a 2012 model - left over in their warehouse??) and Ray gave me attitude saying "they have never had a complaint about noise" and "his boss" would have to address t

Service call was prompt. Technician was courteous and professional.

Came to my home same day and took care of the issue.
