O bought their spec house. Major epic fail of almost everything.... from the electrical that almost burnrd my hone doen to the plumbing that had to redone... they even concealed refused to fix a crack in the foundation the coverd up. From the dry wall to improper done facing on the house has cost me thousands caused major damage had to be redone repaired replaced. They refused to stand by their work Been years hopefully they have since learned become competent at their trade!

Scott came to our house on Thursday to give us an estimate on a master bathroom remodel, and told us he would call on Monday with a quote. He never called, so I called him on Tuesday. He said he didn't have the numbers yet, and would call me back. He never called, so I called again on Thursday, and he said he had the numbers at home, but he was out and would return my call later that evening. He never called. So I found someone to do the job.

Great workmanship. Honest and affordable. I highly recommend HVS builders and would hire them again.
