Hyatt Regency

I recently attended a conference here and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered fantastic views. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Baltimore's core attractions. What stood out the most was the exceptional dining experience—easily the best in the Inner Harbor area. Vegetarian options are often limited to basic salads, but here, the chef crafted incredibly flavorful and well-thought-out vegetarian dishes. It was truly a delight!

We checked in today for the Game tonight and we had an issue with our door we couldn’t get in because a mechanical failure. We didn’t want to go back to the hotel lobby because the line was long for check ins for the game. Brandon was one of the supervisors walking the floor helped us with our issue by calling Jacob from maintenance he came and fixed the issue and then Phil made sure the door was in working order. The timing was very quick and prompt and all three helped and were very cool people. Was very happy with the service and will definitely be staying here for our next game. Nice job fellas

Staff was helpful and polite. The Hotel is clean and has a good vibe. The carpeting in the elevator halls is a little dated and wrinkled. An overall good experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. However, there were a couple of unexpected charges that I wish I had known about beforehand. Parking in the hotel’s garage cost us $64.75 for two nights, which felt pretty steep, especially since we weren’t made aware of this fee until we arrived. Additionally, there’s a $50.00 per night incidentals deposit, which also wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time. While the overall stay was comfortable, better transparency about extra fees would have made for a smoother experience.

Pretty nice, was happy pool was open this time. Drinks were a little overpriced at the 3rd floor bar and we were sad the pool bar was not open yet at that time.
