If i could give 10 stars i absolutely would! Hyder trampolines was amazing to work with from start to finish! Their customer service & communication is just phenomenal! I had a million questions & then a tight timeline as to when we could get the trampoline installed & they walked me through everything so patiently and kindly & got me on the schedule so quickly! The install team is FAST at what they do and i was overall just amazed by their customer support & dedication to me from the very beginning to getting in touch with them to the very end when the install was complete. Never experienced anything better honestly.
They did an amazing job! Stepped up in so many ways to improve the experience for our family. Would recommend everytime!
