I needed some film ASAP and Hydro-Dip had the only pattern that I could find. I reached out to Scott and he did everything that he could do to get the film from Oregon to Michigan in time. Top-notch customer service and really great film!
Apparently they close earlier then said on Google. Front desk won't let me speak to the sales representative. Tried emailing and got a message back saying my email was rejected by their system. I'm really shocked for how well know the company is to be a complete shame in customer service.
I made an online order weeks ago. Emailed and called in to check the status and the lady knew nothing and could not help me. None of my emails were responded to. End result I had to put in a claim with my bank to get my money back because my product was never sent. I hope this was a 1 time screw up but I will not be ordering anything from this company anymore.
Give them the money several months ago and still waiting. Totally lied about the lead time and now I have nothing and they are avoiding me. Looks like I have to take them to court.
I did not enter tge bussiness it was closed but have seen there work and it is impecable !
