Would give them 10 stars if I could. From the very first phone call, Sal was responsive, detailed, thorough, fast, and very reasonably priced. He gave me a quote on the spot over the phone, sent me all the forms digitally and seamlessly, and let me schedule whichever day I wanted for the cleaning. He was truly about the customer first, and the efficiency with which he operated was second to none. His crew was awesome as well. They were prompt, thorough, efficient, explained everything about the chemicals, and overall did an exceptional job. They were very responsive to me and hit some extra spots on the house and driveway that I asked them to hit as well. On April 25,2025 we had our roof treated for moss removal. On one section of the roof we have moss again. The cleaning is supposed to be guaranteed for 3 years. I called the company about a month ago but my call was not returned. I emailed and received a response about a week later. Sal wrote back that he would send someone to take care of it. I waited 2 weeks and no one showed up. I emailed again and Sal said, “no worries”, he was going to take care of it. A couple of weeks have again passed and no sign of any solution. Apparently he doesn’t honor the guarantee. Immediately following the application of the chemicals Sal harassed me for weeks to leave positive feedback. I know now why he was rushing me to leave feedback before the roof was even dry. Don’t trust this guy. He lies and doesn’

I recently had my deck and fence power washed. I usually did it myself, but with a 3 year old I'd rather spend the time with my family. Plus these guys came with heavy duty equipment. They explained the process and did it so quickly. Check out the before and after photos below. Everything looks brand new. I highly recommend them. The process was easy and I appreciate Sal changing my date so it could have been done before a party.

They did a beautiful job — the house looks fresh and renewed. Unfortunately, two exterior lights stopped working and the shutters are bleached which I understand can happen with washing. The biggest downside was the damaged lights and the windows, which were left with detergent stains and will need extra cleaning. Overall, excellent work — just be mindful of possible side effects. Update: 3/2026 - Been trying to reach them via phone and email for months to discuss replacing the lights. No one is returning my calls or emails.

Sal was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Before performing the work or providing the proposal, he sent his team to our home to apply two test sites to the rough cut pine siding of our home to ensure and confirm that the correct mixture of product would be used to eliminate the mildew, without damaging the wood. The job was scheduled and the team that did the work were very professional and had great attention to detail. They did not rush the job and actually reapplied the wash in a few areas that were more stained from mildew. Great leadership, company and staff. Much appreciated, thanks Sal for the great work!
