Edward Cornett and his daughter, Hannah Cornett, Hydrotech Mechanical Services, Inc. did a great job as a 3rd party company representing Amercan Water Co. They updated a mechanical part that reads the water meter, as American Water Co. had determined was needed in our neighborhood. I asked many questions that they gladly answered with ease! These people were each professional in their duties, plus, kindhearted, and nice. My neighbor joined us and we all had a great conversation! I appreciated their quick work and enjoyed talking with them, briefly, before they were on their way to fix other people's meters! This is obviously a good company with great customer service!
