Be aware most of the reviews on Google seem to be fake to me. They came to our house caused damaged on our property including multiple trees, power lines, gutter pipes, water pipes and promised that they will fix it at the end. Before the job was complete they insisted that they want to get paid so they instal the pump and finish the job. After a phone call, once they promised they will finish the job, we trusted them and paid them. Once they got the money, they removed their equipments silently from our lot without letting us know. Then they left us with all the damages as is and refused to fix it. Be aware that they will first give you a price but at the end they will ask for a way higher fee and refuse to complete the project. Despite our request they have not presented to us any proof

What a great experience and great customer service. They found the root cause of our problem quickly and provided a solution which fixed the issue right away. I learned this the hard way, when you need a repair on your well, call a well expert not just a plumbing company (there is a difference). Thank you Javier for your expertise and awesome customer service!

We were so happy with Hydrowells. The office (Elba) was extremely responsive and available and our new well was drilled within a week. Our old well was iron laden and Hydrowells came out, helped us to place our new well and we have a great new well now. They were very informative, responsive and we were so happy with the process. Highly recommend!

Called at 3pm with 0 water pressure on the well, they were able to get out first thing the next morning, they even came out 30 minutes early to work with my schedule. Did the repair on warranty, just charged for labor which was a reasonable price. I highly recommend Hydro Wells. We have used them 2x and both times have had a great experience!

I’ve used Hydrowells numerous times over the past couple years as issues have arose. They have always been quick to respond, have given same day service if able and came out during the holiday season. They are professional with their work and fair with their pricing. I’d recommend them to anyone.
