Came to this place because our plumber purchases supplies from here. Valerie helped us choose a shower head and controller, kitchen and bathroom faucets and sinks, and toilet. She was nice and super helpful with showing us options with different models, colors, and sizes.

I purchased all my plumbing supplies from Home Depot and returned it all to HYLAN Plumbing for a cash refund. Thank you Carlo !!

I really don't know what happened to this place. They used to be so helpful and amazing but my last few visits have been nothing but disappointing. When I used to go, they were so helpful and would try their best to get you what you need even if it's something they do not carry. Now when you go, its like you are bothering them when you ask them for help. I've always been a huge supporter of local shops but now I have to go to home depot or lowes because they have better service, which is something I would never thought would come out my mouth when comparing Hylan Plumbing to big box shops. Really a shame.

This store has more selection and more knowledge than any of the home Depot stores in Staten Island. They had absolutely everything I needed, and they knew exactly where it was in the store. I wish more hardware stores were like Hylan. And I wish the employees were like the people at Hylan too. They are simply excellent.

People actually work here. I spent half the time and got triple the service and help than I have at Home Depot at the same price. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Joe took me around, made recommendations based on my budget and skill level and gave me some tips. Will be coming here exclusively from now on.
