Paid our parking fee as we returned. Only one gate was letting vehicles out. It was not working. There was a line of 10 vehicles trying to get out. After 20 minutes of waiting, calling the number listed, no response..called the police. Finally a service representative arrived. He tried my ticket, it didn't work asked if I paid..you don't get a receipt to prove you did. After assuring him I did, he opened the gate and metal door.. still couldn't leave as people double parking in the street going to the club just across from the exit...do your self a favor. Don't park here. Nothing but a headache.

Secure parking garage. Clean. Easy to get in and out. Cheap during the week. It was only $5 for 4 hours at night.

We've been trying to get in here for a good 20 minutes to get my friend's car. The ticket isn't working and no one is answering the phone. Someone who lives here finally let us in. It shouldn't have had to get to that point. Now he'll have to pay extra to get his car out and we are late to the destination.

Nice clean parking garage with easy access for multiple streets with multiple entrances. Easy to use payment machine on the first floor. Prices are a little expensive

City garage centrally located to a few places I need to go. Pretty clean but pricey as most city parking garages are.
