I-26 Small Engine

Our under-warranty Ryobi weed trimmer had a broken piece at the head of the tool. I went to Ryobi website and talked to customer service and there were basically two options. Work with a local official service center, or mail the equipment to Ryobi for further analysis. I chose to try the local service center first, which was this one. They were able to accept me as a walk-in on a Friday and quickly diagnosed the issue. I didn't get the names of the couple of men working that day, but they were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to find a piece to get our equipment working again. We're so glad we had it quickly repaired since it is summer and things are always growing, and so glad we didn't have to purchase a new machine since it was still under warranty. Friendly, timely, fair and wonderful folks! Called me to let me know that it would cost almost as much to fix something then to buy it new. Fixed 2 other things to perfection.

Kim did a wonderful job making sure my Ryobi electric riding lawn mower was still under warranty and discovered the charger was bad. Replaced the charger in a week at no charge and I am back to mowing! Could not be more pleased with the communication and follow-up! Highly recommend!
