Let me break down why this parking garage is the worst thing since unsliced bread: Card Reader Chaos: The card reader wasn't just broken—it was nonexistent in spirit. On the way out, I had to deal with this busted machine that’s probably older than the concept of credit cards. Fix your tech! Or at least put up a sign that says, "Abandon All Hope, Ye Who Enter Here." The Toll Troll: When I couldn't pay because of their malfunctioning equipment, some guy—let’s call him Parking Garage Tony—rolled up to my car like I owed him a personal loan. The pay machines are not working. They know about it, but they advertise before entering the parking lot. On October 25 and 26, the parking lot was almost empty. The people who are there often don't park there. When you try to exit, the machines (in plural) don't work. Both days!!! I called and the man told me that I could pay him in cash. He did not have a change of 20$. !!!!the parking was 9.50. Also the machine did not read the code with discount. The man gave an envelope to send the payment. I have to pay for the stamps, no discount and of course the parking. I wrote to the office and the person who replayed did not answer my specific questions or don't say the truth. don't park here.

The pay machines are so outdated, confusing and borderline unoperational. The help there is the opposite of help. I hit the help button and when I asked how to work the machines she grunted and hung up. And then after I figured it out, it was soooo expensive. Never again.
