I was one of the many people impacted by the major power outages from the recent storms. I was without heat, water and all other electricity for 3 1/2 days. Shawn and Justin from IC Reed & Sons came out and fixed the issue within minutes. They were both friendly, sympathetic and provided outstanding customer service. I can't thank them and all the other linemen out there, as well as the tree removal services who have been working endless hours to get us all up and running again. These men and women are out there risking their lives to fix all of the issues that our unhappy Mother Nature has caused are truly a blessing and many times are not given the appreciation they deserve. Thank you all for making my day today and for all of the risks you take and work you do each and every day in

Don't know much about them but it was great to see them driving down 91 toward Connecticut to help restore power.
