Working with Jerry at I & J Carpets to find the carpet for my bedrooms was the most seamless process. No pressure, clear communication and he even took the time to come out to the house and measure before I had agreed to even purchase the carpet. The installation date was communicated well in advance, and the installers were prompt, professional, friendly and took great care of my home. The quality of products, not only the carpet itself but the rug pads, were an immediate upgrade, and have made the room not only aesthetically pleasing but wonderful to walk on as well.
