I KNOW A GUY HVAC

I had an issue where my heat wasn’t getting above 64. I did the most I could troubleshooting but was wasn’t confident I had a long term fix. I requested a visit late Monday night and had someone out here early Tuesday morning. Alex was my guy. He taught me a lot about the basic maintenance I can do. Helped me get a better understanding of the system in general. He was able to get a fix quickly which seems to have helped tremendously. Overall it was a pretty great experience and I would plan on using them for my future HVAC needs. Thanks Alex!

I had a really great experience with IKAG. From the initial phone call to set up an appointment with Shey, all the to the install. Every step of the way was really awesome. I spoke to 5 additional companies and none of them had the service like this company. I had a full HVAC replacement and a water heater installed all for less than what the competitor quoted me for their base model of just the HVAC. And I even opted for a better than the base model. Camden and team came out to install the next day (I know that doesn’t happen every time). Super knowledgeable and well rounded. They were kind and friendly. Service was superb! Estimate and work accomplished in one morning DURING THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS!!! Alex not only fixed the problem with our fireplace but installed our fireplace kit, vacuumed the area after AND took all of the boxing and packaging with him. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable and couldn’t have been nicer.Definitely recommend I know A Guy HVAC because now I do know a guy!

My heater in my warehouse was throwing codes, I couldn’t figure out what was going on. Alex arrived and went straight to work, had an answer quickly and up and running even faster! I love these guys! Always Quick, Fast, very honest & straight up without a sales pitch. Alex explained everything thoroughly and wasn’t trying to sell me on any BS. I refer these guys to everyone because I KNOW A GUY!
