If i could give this company 1 star I would. I am so incredibly displeased with the overall construction of my NEW home. Ive attempted to make contact with them on various occasions about multiple aspects and appliances in my home that have already failed. Think twice before you purchase an IKOTA build, you might be stuck raising your family in a new home that you have to renovate.

The best local contractor you'll find. Riley's leadership extends throughout the organization and projects are handled with thorough and consistent attention to detail. Their project managers and superintendents are more than qualified for any job I've worked with them on. When I-Kota is on the project, I breathe a sigh of relief, and you should too.
