As Good As It Gets In The Shipping Industry I Move Auto did a great job for what they had to work with. They'll be my first (and hopefully only) call if I need shipping services again. Lousy sales tactics and somewhat lacking communication are the only reasons I didn't give them a 5-star rating. I honestly hope I never need to ship a vehicle again as this industry is AWFUL. Every company says the other guy is lying to you, which means you can't trust any of them when you're trying to decide. I ended up losing $100 to another company (UT123) who deceived me with a promise of a guaranteed price, and conveniently failed to tell me about the non-refundable fee if I go with someone else because they couldn't find a driver. I had an inoperable older BMW convertible that I wanted to ship from Virginia to Ohio for restoration. Many of the companies to whom I spoke wanted to charge substantially extra because the car was inoperable and because there was an extra transmission to be transported in the trunk. After making a single inquiry online, I was inundated by calls, texts and e-mails from over a dozen shipping brokers. iMove Auto made my experience moving a car from Arizona to Massachusetts so easy! I have shipped my car in the past with another company, which cost $500 more AND took 10 days to get across the country- so I assumed this was the standard. Then moving back East, I Move only quoted 5-7 days, and I received my car on the other side in less than a week (and with a much more affordable option). The brokers walked me through the process and were straightforward from the beginning. They definitely negotiated the best deals for me. The driver that they found was prompt and professional. The company (I move auto) from start to finish provided excellent service. I shipped my car from Las Vegas to Michigan and the process was quick, smooth and hassle free. The price quoted was a low rate in comparison to other companies. I will definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable and honest company to ship your vehicle.
