We got a few quotes from other companies just to compare, but Mr. Quintanar had the most competitive pricing and took the time to point out a few things others missed, like poor attic ventilation and our chimney needing a proper cover which he took care of. He also painted the exposed pipes on the roof to match, which was a nice detail we really appreciated. The work was clean, thorough, and done right. I would recommend and I am happy with the work!
