I Shine Professional Cleaning

I use this company five years ago when I first bought my home to A deep clean since it was a new home. I’ve had them back on multiple occasions and they’ve always been professional, courteous and polite. I highly recommend I Shine cleaning company for all your cleaning needs.

Well, after what was supposed to be a move-in clean after renovation, I’ll be cleaning the house myself. The owner was great and went above and beyond to try and make it right but even after her extra work it still wasn’t cleaned correctly. Baseboards not touched, bathroom floor not touched, just too many things for me to leave a great review. That and the extra bill I got because her cleaners didn’t do a good job and she came out. So I’m basically paying extra now because the original cleaner she sent did a really poor job. End result, won’t be using them as my consistent cleaners

I am beyond grateful for the iShine team! My house is reset every two weeks and I can actually focus on the bigger tasks. They are professional and very thorough. I highly recommend them!

In my personal experience I feel like since the new people have been taken over this place has brought it down hill. I’ve had experiences with Kelly and her sister who are super sweet Kelly is an immaculate cleaner she made sure my bathroom looked like it’s never been used. I was not going to write this review until Thursday afternoon when the black I shine car was driving down 17-92 recklessly swerving in and out of traffic running red lights. The rest of the employees walk around with nasty attitudes and snotty. They have no work ethics. A simple hello or have a good day. Even when I spoke and said good morning they just had a sour face.
