If we could give Max and Vlad more than 5 stars, we would. From start to finish, they did an exceptional job! It was a fairly large job - 27 windows and a French door - and it was a seamless process every step of the way. Communication was excellent - prior to the start of the job with phone calls to arrange scheduling, and throughout the duration of the job with no question left unanswered. Despite a few unexpected issues that cropped up with the windows themselves, the team was determined to solve them and ensure each and every window (and door) was installed perfectly, no matter how much time or effort it took them. Due to the extreme cold weather, I decided to reschedule a few times until the temperatures were more manageable. Throughout the whole process, the crew was incredibly accommodating and kind, which made the wait much easier. When Max and Vlad arrived for the installation, Max called ahead to let me know they were on their way, and they arrived right on time. They worked efficiently and got right to it. I had a lot of windows (21, to be exact), and they handled each one with care and attention to detail. I was particularly particular about the caulking, and Max answered all of my questions with patience and grace. It really felt like they treated my home with the same respect they would their own. I had 9 windows replaced this past Monday and could immediately tell the difference in noise level and quality of install from the previous ones over the last two days. Max and his team did an awesome job explaining everything and cleaned up like nothing even happened. I even had a troublemaker window where previous install was done incorrectly causing water to get in. Max explained what had to be done, the team then fixed the damaged frame and set up the window correctly for the water drain to work properly. I would highly recommend this company and especially the team!

Evgeniy and his coworker did a really great job! Original windows from 1987 and are huge, over time we weren't able to open them, for years. Having the windows replaced in Feb, in Pa wasn't ideal at all but it made sense financially due to Lowes sale. I had huge concerns about a gap around the windows and these are big windows, however the concerns were addressed and the installation was swift by 2 hard working guys who were neat, cleaned up as they went, needed nothing despite frequent checking. I have opened my beautiful windows only a few times and look forward to better weather to take advantage of them. Seamless window operation. Cleaned work area. Evgeniy and his friend (I don’t remember his name) did an amazing job on my window. My window was specially made to fit a very old window in a very old house. I think it was more difficult than usual and they got it done fully in 2 and a half hours. They were very clean and got everything spotless before they left! Very nice guys. I would highly recommend them
