This guys shoot down ATT cell tower for more than two weeks working on it like turtles. There is no coverege in north east Philly neighborhood. Service is messy every day from 8 to 5, same time when they providing service. ATT customers complaining on voice and internet services since they started service there. Zip 19115.

I had a tree fall on my power wires last night at 7pm. I called PPL at 7:15 and Robert H. and Abel crew were at my property within an hour to help and get the power line back up and running. Both contractors were very helpful, pleasant, easy to deal with, professional, and fixed my issue in a timely matter. Excellent service and much appreciated. Thank you!

This company is horrendous. They were going to cut our power off with no warning because they saw a potential hazard, how inconsiderate and unprofessional. The only reason we have power is because one of the workers gave us a heads up on what they were being told to do to us. This company needs better management that actually cares. What about the families who are relying on electricity for their medical conditions. You should never just make a careless decision to cut someone’s power off when you’ve given no notice, at least allow the individual time to come up with a plan. Do better.

While doing work at my neighbors house instead of asking to use their bathroom they thought it was acceptable to trudge through my yard and go urinate in the back on the property line. Yeah that’s what you want to look at while sitting at your kitchen table while having lunch. Totally unprofessional.

Great crew to work with in Dover Mass. Professional and very hard working.
