I so appreciated having someone knowledgeable here when the insurance adjuster came to protect my interests. Then the scheduled day to start my roof, the team was on time and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company!

We could not be more pleased with the customer service and the finished product performed by IBRC! We needed to reconstruct and dry in our deck. We tried using other contractors, but no one seemed to have the knowledge to dry it in. Steve, the owner, was recommended to us. He was amazing! He had ideas we never thought of. We finally told him to do whatever he felt was best and it’s perfect! It’s solid, sturdy, dry, and beautiful! Steve is kind, responsive, and professional in every way. He treated our home like it was his own! We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Steve and his team were helpful in helping me navigate such a big claim with my insurance company, even when they initially tried to deny it. They looked at all affected areas of our property, and 3 roofs later, our house looks better than ever!

As the team was doing the new roof they identified structural damage under the roof. They showed me the damage, explained what was not done correctly, what the code required and suggested a way forward to correct the issue on our roof. Steve and his team were fantastic! I feel like we got the best possible service. The work and communication were excellent. In addition, the work was completed insanely fast. I thought that having to file a claim for a new roof, getting a contractor, and getting the roof fixed would be such a hassle, but it was probably the best roof repair experience imaginable, shockingly so.
