The price was very reasonable since it was handled through insurance. The technician arrived right within the promised window and was courteous, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining that while ovens can be repaired, it's best to avoid using the self-clean feature entirely. The extreme heat it generates can damage critical components like the door locks, sensors, and control board over time.

He was very professional. The staff in the office were very helpful and professional. They were willing to accommodate my schedule. Overall, I had a great experience.

Your technician deserves a five star rating. Your company, a -5 star rating. First visit 4 hours late. Second visit took two weeks to arrange then two more to get a part and repair my washer. One month total to fix a washing machine! The scheduling process is he worst I have ever encountered and I am 79 years old.
