I had an excellent experience working with Molly Fallon on my roof replacement. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and always kept me in the loop. She was flexible with meeting up after hours to fit my schedule and took the lead in coordinating with my insurance company, which made everything so much easier. She explained every step clearly, so I always knew what to expect. I also highly recommend the company itself. I wasn’t home when the work was being done, but the crew did a fantastic job. The roof looks great, and they left everything spotless when they finished. Truly a professional team from start to finish!

Wow working with this team was a fantastic experience! Woody, our project manager was truly amazing. He handled all aspects from working with our insurance company to the completion of the project. He explained the entire process and it went exactly as planned. My landscaping around the house was protected too! Yes it was loud and messy but it’s done and over with in a few days depending on the size of your roof. Simply outstanding company!!!

We just had a new roof installed by IBC Roofing, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, Woody made the process so easy. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, walked us through all the options, and helped us navigate the insurance side while advocating for us every step of the way. He gave great suggestions when it came to picking out shingle type and colors. A1 communication before/during/after! The production crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and were super friendly. The quality of their work speaks for itself, our roof looks amazing. What impressed me even more is how clean everything was afterward. I haven’t found a single nail or piece of debris from the tear off, which tells me they really care about the details. I chose IBC after meeting Thomas Morgan who reviewed the basic run down on how the process would work. After 30 minutes it was clear he knew what he was doing and had my best interest in mind. As things moved forward it was fairly hands off and Thomas and the team took care of it all. They communicated thoroughly every step of the way during our roof replacement and all members of the organization that I met with were professional and friendly. We had a great experience working with Thomas and would highly recommend them.
