IBP of Jacksonville

I'm not impressed with their takeover of a company that dropped the ball on putting insulation in my attic when they said they did it. The guys that came out to install were nice but the regional and general managers should have made this transaction right by going above to make a customer happy as I've had to pay the extra on the electric bill overcharge from this mishap from Sept 23 - April 24. If this company says they put in insulation, you definitely need to have the work looked into as they are shady and lie about it being done and are only worried about collecting a check. Filing a complaint with the county as this house should never have passed the co! I don't do bad reviews either, so this will be my first! Horrible business practices. Workers who make up excuses when they don't want to work. Liars and lazy.

I have a new home/garage doors that were "creeky" and Bart came to our home and remedied it in minutes! He was knowledgeable, efficient, warm, and very customer service-centric. If you need a garage door serviced or installed, I would highly recommend IBP of Jacksonville to perform the work. Thank you kindly, Bart and IBP!

I had an appointment for a glass shower installation and requested that the installer wear a mask. They didn't show up and no contact as to why they missed the appointment. I called them and they had no excuse. Rescheduled for the next day and reminded them about wearing a mask. The guy showed up put a lit cigarette on the brick wall of my house. When I asked him about a mask his reply was "my mom didn't tell me I had to wear a mask". Very unprofessional company!

Called this company to install shelving in my closet that fell and to give me an estimate on gutters. They made an appointment and never came to the appointment or called. I contacted the lady who said she was going to call me back and never did. Very bad customer service. Why schedule an appointment and never call or show is very ridiculous. I will never give this company money and tell everyone I know to not use this company as well.
