Larry came and cleaned our carpet. He arrived ahead of time, which was helpful, and started explaining some of their other services that would be beneficial to me since I have pets and I went ahead with them. He was quick, professional and respectful and he finished cleaning quickly. The carpet looks like brand new and smells great. Definitely use their services again.

My carpets looks spotless now and the stains were removed so easily! I didn't think those wine stains would come out, but they did an amazing job. Their team was polite, efficient and really knew what they were doing with my carpet.

Please contact anyone but these people. AWFUL customer service. Sat around from 9am-4pm for them to not show up. They couldn’t reach their technician for hours and then the guy lied about where he was all day once they finally did- didn’t offer a thing to make up for it. Wasted a whole day off of work for this. Spare yourself.

I.B.S Carpet Care worked hard to make sure our carpets look like brand new, I have a puppy here who does not know the difference between the grass and my couch inside. We are thankful that their techs made everything so clean and fresh again. I highly recommend them on time and efficient!
