Very upset with how Joe spoke to my grandma. She was confused about her plan so she told the service man when he was at the house that she would ask about it and then pay what she needed to when she got clarity of her plan. When Joe called to ask why she hadn’t paid, he already had a predisposition that she was trying to scam him and get a free service. He completely accused her of purposely not paying for her service. When she tried to explain what she thought she signed up for he kept interrupting, very rude, implying she was dumb for not understanding the service. Completely unhelpful, argumentative, unprofessional, and rude.
