IC Granite Countertops

IC Granite, Greenville NC installed a granite countertop for me and this is the finished work they left me with. They measured the counter too short leaving a ¼” gap between the wall and counter. They do not stand behind their work. My rating is actually a negative Zero. Yes, you paid someone to fix this issue after I retained a lawyer. And you still didn’t live up to the legal agreement. I called you, wrote letters to you and the owner and you ignored them all. I will not allow you to mislead anyone that you fixed this issue out of the goodness of your heart. I trusted you and you disappointed me tremendously. After dealing with you I'm out more than what the counter is worth. Thanks for nothing.

5 Star Company! My kitchen was a remodel, streamlined professional process from design, tear out, and installation of new granite countertops. I had an existing tile backsplash I was able to keep and it looks fabulous. I would use this company again and highly recommend!
