Arkan was amazing! Literally was at my house in less time than it would take to have a pizza delivered. He was able to diagnose my heat pump issue (freezing up to a solid block of ice), taught me some things to check, sealed and recharged my system, all in impressive time. Very knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend!

We have had an exceptional experience with Arkan and Ice Bear Heating and Cooling. In January of 2025, our downstairs heat pump stopped working. I wanted to support a local HVAC Professional, so I called up Ice Bear and I don’t regret it one bit! He was able to take care of replacing our system very quickly.
