Great company and impeccable customer service. I had an asbestos issue and super old ducts in our new home on top of many other issues. The first company I spoke with needed 2 weeks to start and 3-4 days to complete. Icee Hot was able to come in on 2 days notice and got it done in 2 days and for a great price! I will be sticking with them on any AC related projects In the future. Highly recommend them.

We had 2 new units installed and all new ducts. Bernie and his team did a phenomenal job. They were professional, courteous, reasonably priced and clearly know what they are doing. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Bernie is a very committed AC professional who takes time to listen to customer concerns. Bernie took ownership of our AC concerns and let us know very quickly what the schedule would be per his best availability to repair our unit. Bernie was prompt during the appointment window and immediately and competently got to work. Our system is blowing cold now, and the entire appointment took less than an hour. I would definitely call Icee again!
