Iceman A/C & Electric LLC

I called this company to have them come look at my ac system, they were quick to answer and came to look at it within a few days, so they deserve a star. My issue is that the technician that came out to my house said that it was a big job that he would need his boss to come look at the next day. In the middle of the service call the technician said his boss was calling and he needed to take the call. The next thing I knew, he pulled out of my driveway and never returned the next day with his boss. I understand if you weren’t willing to do it given it was a big job, but the least the company could’ve done is communicate that to us.

If you value your penny you would not even think about calling this guy for anything! His work is trash. From day one I had problems and his costumer service is trash. My family has spent multiple days with a broken a/c waiting on him to try and fix his lousy install. Very non professional and doesn’t stand behind his work!

They owner and his crew were very efficient. They put in an AC and duct work in only 2 days. After all that , they clean up every scrap of trash off the ground. Best bang for your buck.

The absolute go to for all your HVAC needs also electrical. From their custo.er service to their install and service work no one compares hands down!!

Why mess with the rest when you can have the best ice man allways ready to take care of the people
