HVAC inducer would kick on, but no ignition or heat fan. Super cold early morning with our little one, but they were able to get someone out within the hour. Keyan was the tech on the job and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Had our heat up and running quickly. Shout out to Keyan and Icon Air.

I’m not surprised seeing other reviews about bad drivers from this company. Crazy driver on I-84 today with Icon Air logo on truck. Was talking to himself or someone on his phone not paying attention. Didn’t use turn signals. Swerved over into other lane suddenly without using an indicator. License plate: 2C PY39P - surely doesn’t give off professional vibes to potential customers. What a shame.

I had an amazing experience with Icon Air thanks to their service tech, Brandon! He came out to troubleshoot my heater, and I was impressed by how thorough and patient he was throughout the entire process. He was here for over 4 1/2 hours. Instead of rushing, Brandon took his time to carefully figure out what was wrong and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. His professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail really stood out. Brandon truly went above and beyond, and employees like him are hard to come by—he definitely deserves a raise! Thank you, Brandon and Icon Air, for such excellent service!

Sunday morning our house was getting pretty warm when we realized the air was not blowing cold air. We called Icon Air and spoke with Brandon who said he could come right out. 47 minutes from the initial call, we were back up and running. Brandon was awesome, very professional and let our crazy Aussies inspect his every move! We definitely give him FIVE STARS! Thank you, Brandon! The house is nice and cool once again.

We recently had Icon Air replace our A/C unit. The service technician, John was extremely pleasant, professional & knowledgeable. Once the job was complete, their office lead, Amanda promptly processed our payment & sent us our receipt. We would highly recommend Icon Air to family & friends that need any kind of heating/air work. These days (Post Pandemic), we’ve had the misfortune of dealing with several mediocre businesses with poorly trained employees; it was very refreshing to deal with such a well trained & courteous staff. We would 100% use them in the future.
