Graham and the entire team at Icon were amazing to work with! I was so impressed with their affordable pricing, their quality of work, attention to detail and punctuality! We redid our kitchen— new cabinets, counters and lighting. Graham had each vendor scheduled promptly and they were all so detail oriented and on time. I cannot say enough great things about the entire team and process. Highly recommend!!

We hired Icon to do a full gut remodel (down to studs/joists) of ~500 sq ft of interior space, consisting of a mudroom, hallway, office, master bedroom, and master bath. The finished product is beautiful, and--just as importantly--we know that everything was done right, no cutting corners. Sam and Graham were easy to communicate with, and Graham kept all the various subcontractors rolling along at a pretty good clip. I wouldn't hesitate to use Icon again.

Icon Construction took the original small kitchen and dining room, removed a structural wall and built me my dream kitchen. We have a fabulous 10’ island with sink built in, a 5’ island with bar stools, and a separate coffee bar. They also added on a fabulous sunroom that we use all the time with a pass through window from the kitchen. Graham was fabulous to work with and even pickier than we were to make sure every detail was right. Owner Sam Agnew stopped by often to make sure we were happy with things. Highly, highly recommend Icon Construction. They kept everything on time and were done with each project right when they promised. They only cost overages were for things we requested and they saved money other places when they could. You can trust them to do what they say!

We love our newly renovated and reconfigured kitchen! Graham is a terrific communicator. That, in itself, gave us confidence in the team. The work was exceptional. There was just a little hiccup at the end of the project with a cabinet door that had to be replaced, but Sam, the owner, called me personally and it got done. We have already been recommending Icon Construction to friends and family. Thanks so much!

Working with ICON was the best experience working with a remodeling team that I have had. I have had lots of stuff done but they were by far the best. Working with Graham Everything was on time and done professionally and I’m talking about a complete larger kitchen and bar area. I would recommend them to anyone if you want something done. I’m actually going to have them come do my bathroom next.
