Icon Parking

Dudes were super courteous. I had a decent deal through my hotel (Fairfield on 28th) for parking. They had my car waiting for me when I arrived. Better than other options I have when staying in Manhattan before.

These guys are the most inept, rude and incoherent people you could trust with your car. Parked with them for a ranger game, came back to retrieve the vehicle and it took them an hour to get our car after they assured us it would be 5 minutes. There were 3 parties who showed up after us and got their vehicles before us. Multiple attendants came back and forth to us, telling us they didnt know where our vehicle was, and when we aired our frustration they began cursing at us in spanish. Ultimately, we looked around the bend of the garage and our vehicle was in the first spot! Once they realized this, they took multiple maneuvers to get the vehicle out of the parking spot and hit a corner when pulling the truck out of the garage. Used this parking during my visit in New york city. 1st it is not self parking, we have to leave the car and some guy just comes and takes your car away, little bit confusing. 2nd employers of this place should learn some manners, atleast some greetings, no communication. 3rd if you are staying in hotel and they gave you a discount for the parking when you check out dont forget to mention your discount otherwise they are gonna try to charge full amount of the parking which is 70$ a day. I saw some reviews that are saying people's car were scratched, some stuff of theirs are stolen and no one is responsible for it luckily my car was okay somehow. I will not recommend this parking, dont park here.

I have been using this parking lot for years and overall have had a positive experience. Most of the staff members are very polite, helpful, and professional. However, I recently encountered an issue with the manager (I believe his name is Sergio). Unfortunately, he was quite rude and unprofessional, which made the interaction unpleasant. It's disappointing to have this kind of experience after being a loyal customer for so long. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the staff’s courtesy is one of the main reasons I’ve continued using this facility.

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE. The staff is great, except for the manager. I'm a long-time client of Icon and have kept my cars here for over two years—paying approximately $2,000 a month. The manager recently approached me and was extremely rude. He suddenly advised me that I can no longer call ahead for my cars via valet service. He stated that, effective immediately, I must show up in person for him to release the vehicle. When you are paying this kind of premium, being able to call ahead is a basic, necessary service. I questioned this sudden change, and he claimed a new policy email was sent.
