Dp not park your car at this place. He will try to rip you off any other way he can. I parked my Chevy Suburban and paid online using apps way.com. Everything already stated in the apps regarding car type, plate no, colour etc... and I paid the amount according to what has been specified, which is USD13 for a period from 8.15am till 7.00pm. I came to collect the car at 5.05pm the same day. To my surprise, the manager of the carpark said I owe him USD10 because I overstayed. I showed him the booking that I still have 2 hours. Then he changed topic that I still have to pay extra USD 10 because that chevy is considered oversized. I told him that I already paid everything according what has been specified in the apps. SCAM!!! We printed out our receipt as the email stated to do. We pulled in and showed it to them. I asked "Is this the correct place" and he said no. Drove around 3 times. GPS still led us there. We ended up paying another $40 to park somewhere else. I asked at the Prudential Center where Icon Parking was and it was in fact the same place so they just wanted to free up a spot and charge us. Lousy, greedy people.

I filed a claim about a scratch on my headlight. It has been over 2 months now since I sent the email and have still not heard back from them. I emailed them again twice and still have not heard anything. They are very unprofessional and park the cars so reckless. I noticed a piece of my tail light has been cracked damaged off. I pay 250 a month the least they can do is handle my car with care. One of the male staffs tried to argue with me because I told him to park my car outside because I would be back for it in the next couple of minutes. They are very sexist and have no respect for anybody especially if you are a female. I have called and emails numerous times about my claim and have no idea who is getting back to me. I live in the Renaissance and I loved the valet until last night. I went out shopping on Saturday and had so many bags and two stools that I purchased from Marshall’s at $150! a piece and left them in my vehicle until yesterday because I walk to work and low and behold lastnight went to get them and they where gone. Now no one speaks English and knew nothing. You guys keep the keys and no one knows nothing I called the cops and the Manager acted like he didn’t speak English!!! It’s a shame you pay so much money a month and they invade your cars and STEAL and he told the cop they aren’t responsible for items in the car so yall can just steal people things in the car and it’s OK!!!!! I’m so livid and I’m filing a civil law suite against ICON!!!!! This is very hurtful and disgusting!!!!

No valet sign, I have a handicapped mother and needed access to my vehicle, got stuck in the logjam of cars, no prices advertised, no valet guys told me told me how much it was(I was asking out loud and they didn’t talk to me) or that there was a regular parking option. Only the woman taking my money told me, AFTER my vehicle was gone! Highest price I saw ANYWHERE nearby. Horrible place to park if you have anyone with you with trouble walking. A roadside scam, not a place of business.
