Our experience with Iconcrete was great! When I called them for a quote to expand our existing concrete pathway to make it a patio, I was immediately connected with a live person who dispatched Josh, the rep. We were amazed that within the hour Josh arrived at our home. He was very thorough in his assessment & measurements, taking the time to understand what we were trying to do with the expansion. Workers polite, considerate, personable, good explanations. Kept me updated on when work would be done, e g. day when rain caused delay. Completed work excellent appearance, done as contracted. Clean-up was okay. I was left with work to do to fill in some soil at edge; typical of other concrete jobs I have seen though.

I just would like to say that concrete is a very reputable company and they care about the work they do. I saw a lot of pride. They finished the approach for our driveway and sidewalk. Very good job as well as fixing the front stairs on our house. Great job!!!
