We started this search looking for a good contractor that would actually show up and get back to us and boy did we ever luck out with Dennis ! After meeting with 6 other contractors we decided to go with iconic home improvement because Dennis not only listened to my vision but also offered really great suggestions that I didn’t even think of regarding the utility closet ( small door near window ). He was kind and attentive unlike other contractors we have found in the past. The work went pretty much right on schedule with just a few days over the projected time frame. The quality work that Dennis provides has shown throughout this whole project. His attention to detail was appreciated and we will be calling him for any further work we need done.

I am beyond grateful for the amazing work that Iconic Home Improvements did on my home renovation projects. From installing a beautiful new deck to removing a door and adding drywall siding, they truly transformed my home into a beautiful oasis. Dennis is the best! He’s always there to help me every time I need it. Like when I strip the bolts in the shower fixtures (when I try to repair things myself 😖) to rebuilding the stall doors for my horses. He finishes painting the walls when I give up and has done many big jobs for friends and family. I highly recommend him.
