Highly recommend ICS Heating and A/C. They have installed (and now maintain) new systems for us in 2 different houses now and always do a fantastic job, even through some tricky installation challenges. The guys who have been to our house to do the work are always highly skilled, friendly, and professional. Prices are reasonable and they won’t try to “upsell” you on anything you don’t need, which is always appreciated. This is a locally owned family business, so they really know and care about their customers- and it shows. We wouldn’t think of using anyone else!

ICS provided excellent service during our HVAC upgrade. Our existing system included an oil backup, but Tom suggested that we switch to gas. Since natural gas was unavailable in our area, we opted for propane. The entire team was knowledgeable, thorough in their explanations, and maintained a clean workspace throughout the project. They also removed the oil tank efficiently and without any odor. Additionally, our propane dealer commented positively on the quality of work while installing the tanks. We are extremely satisfied with our new heating system and highly appreciate ICS’s professionalism and expertise. I couldn’t be happier!

We have been ICS customers for over 10 years. In 2014, they replaced our entire heating and air conditioning system and have been performing our annual maintenance ever since. Their pricing is very reasonable and their technicians are very professional and courteous. They also leave the worksite clean when the job is complete. I’ve used ICS several times in the past for heating maintenance and hot water heater installations but most recently for an entire central AC installation. The price was very reasonable and the workers professionalism and friendliness was spectacular. Highly recommend!

ICS is a fact a 24 hour service. I have been a customer for the better part of 20+ years. Trust them completely with all my heating and AC work. The technician and owner of the company are excellent guys very knowledgeable about their work. Would recommend them highly to friends and family and have. Can’t say enough about them.
