Icy Hot Heating & Air

This guy is a habitual liar. He sent my breaker box on fire and burned up my breaker box he hooked up my air conditioner wrong and all the freon came out of it his partner went around the front of my house and chopped to my house up in three places because he wanted some water. He threatened my daughter open up the gate let my dogs run down the Road

Say had to give a star... As google will not allow me to upload screenshots of the ridiculous conversation about our appointment that tech/son did not come to.. I will say the following. 1. Scheduled for yesterday @2pm 2. Dont care that the son/tech only got 1hr and 20 mins of sleep 3. Pushed blame on another tech stated he was worthless 4. Gave every reason from lack of sleep, running behind from another job, had to go get equipment/supplies at home to traffic.. Bottom line our appointment was set for 2pm... at 545pm I receive a picture of stopped traffic and basically was told by the tech ...... Hey this traffic is dead stopped. And after sitting it as long as I have, is feeling a bit repetitive. Actually this is the worst I've ever seen it. It still says almost 1 hour to get to you. W

Have used them off and on over the past several years for different units. They have always been professional and friendly. Their prices have always been reasonable and they have a wide array of knowledge for almost anything that uses electricity.

Our home warranty company sent us to them at the beginning of this month and they have given every excuse in the book from lack of sleep to traffic on why they couldnt make it to our home to do a service on our home.

Very Knowlegible Crew. They are knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing appliances and AC. Also very reasonable in complete units installations.
