We never had to chase down answers to our questions, Kobe was forthright and continually kept us abreast of the schedule as they had to navigate around the weather. They began work as soon as practical...this was after a foot of snow. In just short of two days, our roof was removed, deck was inspected, snow and ice shield installed, and the roof metal and trim installed. Started job on time, removed old roof, repaired wood damage and had new roof on in three days, just as promised. Workmanship was excellent and was very professional.
