Service was great. Had never used them and called and they came the same day. Just needed the springs adjusted and lubed and one minor thing corrected. The only reason we didn’t give a five star review because of the sticker shock!

Great experience with IDC. Susanne was very helpful and responsive in diagnosing the problem with our malfunctioning door and scheduling a repairman to come out quickly. The repairman, Junior, arrived at the scheduled time and did fast and thorough work and explained each step in the process very well. Definitely recommend IDC Garage Doors for any garage door needs!

Overall, our experience with Susanne and IDC Garage was exceptional. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions. She kept us updated throughout the entire process. Garcia and AJ completed a wonderful install and were professional and pleasant. They were also very respectful of property. We are more than pleased with our new insulated steel garage door.
