I used their web form to request a quote. That was about a week ago. Received no response whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement. Baffling.

Worst fencing supply company I have ever dealt with. They have ripped me off for $2k dollars on their mistake and wont make it right. They wont answer the phone. Their sales team is awful, make mistakes continually, they wont take my calls or discuss any order over the phone, email only. Management acknowledges they have made mistakes and their sales team sucks but wont make the problems right. NEVER, NEVER do business with this company. They are guaranteed to mess up your order and take your money with no recourse. This is the warning to other businesses, STAY AWAY!

Garbage product that will fade in a couple years. Garbage sales people who you can't understand and raise prices 7 days after the quote. Worst Aluminum manufacturer that I know of. I won't touch anything that's Ideal aluminum ever again.
